Sehr, sehr gut, sehr kompetent sorgt Abe mit seinen Übungen für mehr Beweglichkeit und für die Kräftigung der Muskulatur. Das Buchenvdes Kurses ist etwas imständlich. Seit Beginn des Jahres habe ich zusätzlich Personal Training mit Abe. Fantastisch, weil er gezielt an den individuellen Defiziten arbeitet und sein Programm daran anpasst. Der Mann ist klasse und dazu macht es unfassbar Spaß, mit so einem positiven Menschen zu trainieren. Danke, danke

Expérience négative: I do not recommend it, it was the worst experience ever, the time spent under the "massage" was mainly under vacuumed cups that caused severe bruises and itching on my back and there was no massaging involved, just mobility of the hands, arms and shoulders. Terrible all in all 90 eur for nothing!

Expérience fantastique: I was very impressed by my two visits to SHAPE care Mons this week. I am now on the wrong side of 60 and have major neck and shoulder tension, which was found during my first visit and worked through by an incredibly professional therapist, albeit that it took quite a bit to work out those ‘knots’. Second visit was just as good and it was good to see the knots had not returned overnight. I definitely recommend having at least one massage a month, and for me it will definitely be at SCM.

Expérience fantastique: I had a prenatal massage with lymphatic drainage and it was amazing! After moving to Belgium from the states, with a 2 year old, this massage was exactly what I needed! I can tell my feet are less bloated and my shoulders/neck are less tight. The masseuse was professional and obviously knowledgeable.

Expérience fantastique: I am an active sportsperson working out mostly 5 to 7 days per week. Martial arts, crossfit, gym and lots of other physical activities including fights and competitions. I first visited Martyna and Dominika when I got my back injured during Crossfit training and since then I am a regular customer. My problem was identified and solved quickly and efficiently within 1-2 sessions, in the meanwhile we identified other potential problems and they were also fixed in time either by emergency intervention or by planned treatment. They are really professional and never leave the thing not troubleshot completely. They helped me in many severe injuries and also in the day to day muscular problems. I couldn't recommend the place more, if you have a problem, a pain this is the place to visit in first place
